The God

You are a man in the prime of your life, eyes at once youthful and sage, predatory and sensual. Your skin the deep, bronzed mahogany of soil, enshrouds your hard, agile form ... face cleanly shorn ... Hair the coppery auburn of autumnal leaves ... eyes the warm hues of the golden sun, and of the sand neath the fiery fingers of the midday moon. Glossy, green oak leaves and the majestic antlers of the stag adorn your hair and head, while the ochre-toned tendrils of the noontime wind stir the grass softly at your feet. You wear rustic clothing of heavy, coarse material, a protective amulet from your consort queen, keeping your warm and dry in the late fall of the year. In the spring and the mid-morning, at summer and sunset's eve, you play in the woods and dance there with the goddess. A hawk and a wolf are your constant companions, and symbols of your soul, your insight and awareness.

The Goddess

You are an ageless woman, with eyes at once innocent and ancient, curious and wise. Your skin the rich, dark cinnamon of earth, enveloping lithe limbs and sinuous strength ... Hair the ebon expression of night ... eyes the teal tones of ocean depths and of leaves hidden deep within mystic forests. Tiny, white flowers, sweetly-scented grasses and small, silvery shells are entwined in your hair, while cool, lush moss grows gently upon your feet. You wear clothing of light, but unrefined material, held together with the vines of the mangrove tree, and cascading like waters and moving airs around you. In the fall and the twilight, at autumn and dusk, you play in the woods and dance there with the trees. A sparrow and a faerie are your constant companions, unveiling your presence with their magick and song.

The Crone

You are an old woman, with eyes that penetrate beyond masks, seeing Truth. Your skin has warts from handling toads. Your hair is long and silvery grey. Your eyes pierce the darkness of the blackest night, seeing what others cannot. Your chin is lightly grown with bristly hairs and your bosom hangs down to your knees. Your nails are brown, ridged and long. You are tall, but your back is so bent with age that your head touches the ground. You are fearsome to behold. You are worthy of awe. Your nose is so long that it rattles against ceiling of your hut when you snore, asleep on your oven. You are bony as a skeleton and have razor-sharp iron teeth that gnash and glint. Your head is pointy. Your nose bends down low, hooked like a bird of prey. Your chin curves up high, wizened like the waning moon. You are a wild woman, a wolf woman, a dark woman, a witch woman. You ride in a mortar, pushing yourself across the forest floor with its pestle, sweeping away all traces of your trail with the whisk of a broom made of the silver birch of the trees of your forest. Ancient mistress, worthy of veneration and awe. I love you.
